Qantas operate flights in and out of Weipa Daily, to and from Cairns, seats can be limited so book early!
DRIVING
Driving to Weipa takes approximately 10- 12 hours from Cairns (840km), via the Peninsula Development Road (PDR). The drive is mostly sealed road with 200-250km of dirt and corrugated road. 4WD vehicles are strongly recommended. There are limited petrol stations and road houses.
